TK & A Custom Catering supplied the feast which included a Lobster Martini in Peach Puree, Crepe Blossom bundle with lemon, red grape, walnut chicken and citrus vinaigrette, Beef Wellington in puff dough with foie gras mousse and mushroom duexelle sauce, Vegginton of tofu walnut burger for the veggitarian sorts, Parsley New Potatoes tossed in freesh Italian parsley, garlic and olive oil and then oven roasted, Fresh Asparagus Spears steamed and drizzled with hazelnut oil, and the Jewel Trifle, layers of custard, date nut bread, caramel and pear in a pilsner glass with mixed Summer berries, Vanilla whip cream and a Chocolate Jester's cap on top!!
